always been very fond of the debut, John... so full of joy. the 20 min extra of Barden's Homage to the God of Light on the reissue really makes it a golden disk.... a wonderful Jam!

Me too, i like it's relative simplicity and lightness; its quite a sunshiny album for me Where i grew up (very near where i live now) the band Marsupilami had their commune; Pete Bardens produced their lp Arena and hung out locally.. i heard quite a few stories from some of my old hippy pals locally about Pete and his antics.. We could hear the band practicing where we lived but i was only about 8 or 9 at the time
