No, I don't have `Moving Pictures', but I'll pick it up should I come across it for a good second-hand price, Sam.

I don't make a lot of time for watching live concerts on DVD, mate. Might watch 30 minutes here and there, but it's very rare that I'd sit there for an entire two hours.

That Progenesi is a great one, always a disc I return to constantly.
That one is probably not difficult to find. Thumbs Up

I think I spend more time watching concerts on DVD and on Youtube, than movies Tongue I learn a lot from watching other musicians play.

It's a modern RPI classic Wink

I'm beginning to wonder if Progenesi might fall to that old `one and done' Italian prog curse?

Unless it's passed me by (always very possible! ), I've read no news of any follow-up.

A couple of years back I had an interview in the works with them ready to go, their bass player Dario was handling it, but he then quit the band, and I think the interview went with him!

Fingers crossed for some good news in the new year

(for a new album, not the interview! )

I like what I've heard from Kraftwerk so far, but I'm not as familiar with them as I'd like to be. I only really know the two albums from them that I have (the two I played), although I've heard a few others (Autobahn and Computer World). Planning on investigating both their earlier and later albums sometime, when time and money allows. Where's that KW discussion you had? Can't find it.

What did you think of Silver Mountain?

I like Unreleased? a lot, and more and more with each listen too, but I can see it not being everyone's cup of tea. I prefer their trio and +guest albums to their orchestra ones, but that's me. LOL

Yup, Jaga made another brilliant album with Starfire. It's high up on my list.

I liked it, but not as much as this year's Vespero album. The Maat Lander one sits just outside of my top 20, while the Vespero one is in! Thumbs Up
I don't think so either.

You have more Kraftwerk albums than me then LOL It's here.

Great, but overwhelming at first listen, especially since it's a double album.

I listened to it again last night and it was much better this time, probably because I knew what to expect this time, and it wasn't influenced by the concert experience (I can't find words to describe it Approve). I still prefer the orchestra ones though.

I think it will be on mine too. Smile

They are currently both on mine Thumbs Up

Yesterday:
Queens of the Stone Age - Rated R
Peste & Sida - É Que é
Jon & Vangelis - The Friends of Mr. Cairo

I hope not Ermm

I hope you didn't spend a lot of time with it. There's no point in writing an interview, if nothing is happening with the band though.

Even if they don't release a new album next year, when can already count with a new album from Syndone and Il Tempio Delle Clessidre Big smile

Just another few days in paradise during my Christmas holiday break...yikes it's going fast!
Good music ravages time.

The alan parsons project-- live (2003)
Genesis--ArKive (disc 3 only)
APP-- Vulture Culture
Nightwish-- Endless forms most beautiful.
Royal Hunt-- the devils dozen. ( scary how good this album is and what a freakin delight it is to listen to DC Cooper's VOX in full force. ;)
Depeche mode-- speak & spell ( 24/96 PCM. Incredible!!)
Threshold-- the ravages of time (disc 2)
Trivium-- silence in the snow. ( I think critics out there are a bit rough on this one. This album has a ton of great hooks and clever choruses. )
Asia Minor-- Between flesh and divine ( anyone else wanna shed a tear or 2 for just how beautiful this album is? ;)
Lucuna coil-- broken crown halo.
Hawkwind-- warrior at the edge of time ( in honor of Lemmy. RIP)
Collage-- moonshine ( this album still does it for me. )
Fields of the Nephilim-- mourning sun. ( mark my words. I will never tire or get sickened by this album. )

Gimmie my headphones now!!! 🎧🤣
