Can you hear any traces of the original song in the Henry Cowell scraping or the Cecil Taylor banging? Because I can barely hear it even in the soft parts.

Move to a better time zone where the rest of the world is awake!

Harry, give me a piece to learn on piano once I'm done with my school nonsense. Keep in mind that I have only been playing for 2 years and I'm not very good. So I'm thinking some DREAM THEATER.

I was gonna suggest Chopin until I read "playing for 2 years".
Yeah, learn some Dream Theater.
Better yet, the intro bit to In The End by Linkin Park

Come on people, stop putting those moustache dudes as your avatars. Back in the day I thought that Cacho was some old fart ancient enough to have seen DP in their heyday and now I was sure that Henry Plainview is some wise middle aged gentleman. I've got no imagination, only thing real is what I see.

It's time for not only a new avatar, but a new username for our man HP.
No one gets the Henry Plainview thing anymore, that movie is gone from most people's minds or people just haven't seen it in the first place.

But my affectation to be older and smarter than I am is such an important part of my posting! And it's not my fault if you don't know who Daniel Day Lewis is.

I would change my name, but I have no idea what I would change it to. The Optimist? Dr. Hate? Prog Sucks? I got no ideas!

Also I like to maintain a consistent identity.

And Harry, there is some Chopin I can play, he wrote some stuff for beginners because he's a cool guy.

^How about Male, born in 89

That's Daniel Day Lewis? I think I've only seen him bald with a clean shaven lip, no wonder you fooled me.

^Ah, that movie. Haven't seen it, or haven't even heard that he was in it. But I know nothing about movies nowadays, I think it's about a year since my last cinema show. All I see nowadays is House on dvd.

Yeah. Ouch

I really love the cello. My favourite instrument, after the piano.

I only watch reruns of the original Twilight Zone, and repeat viewings of Donnie Darko.

I toss in A Big Lebowski or Mel Brooks flick every couple months.

Covers as in artwork?

I did a couple of PF trivias, I aced one and half-failed at another one.

The place needs, anyway, a VdGG trivia.
