I don't usually get into freebie sampler CDs, but this one from 2004 of avant-prog music has gotten quite a few listens over the years.  It benefits greatly from being sequenced and edited in such a way that makes each song flow into the next, like it's one really long really cool track.

It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle if it is lightly greased.

Really?  Huh.  Anyway, it's called "Back to Life: MIO Records 2004 Sampler".

Also, "On the Corner" is a cool album.  the percussiveness of it all is really infectious.
