Sorry, last year we dropped to #3.  The year before that, Penn State was #1.  I never went to any parties.  I still have no intention to go to any parties, and I can drink legally!

Honestly, I've never done any drugs.  I'm not strictly opposed to smoking weed but I've never had the opportunity and it's not the sort of thing I would actively seek out.  Maybe when it gets legalized here, which is bound to happen fairly soon
