Yeah. It was basically a film soundtrack and as you say, about as far from DSotM as you could get. Take away the vocals and you could think it was a different band IMO.
Filled the gap between Meddle and DSotM nicely IMO.

It's not that I can't find worth in anything, it's just that I can't find worth in enough.

You are quite a fine person, and I am very fond of you. But you are only quite a little fellow, in a wide world, after all.

OOooooh, you have Crack the Skye now too
Lesse, special edition of Ghost Reveries has...a bonus track on the original album called "Soldier Of Fortune", and a bonus DVD with a documentary, the entire album in a 5.1 mix and the directors cut of the video for The Grand Conjuration |

I bought Crack the Skye on Sunday and it has been my car disc since, and I really like it. Certainly some songs better than others but great stuff. I have to set it down and come back to it in a few weeks before I feel I can do a fair review.

Ah, hope you'll get it soon. I haven't bought it myself, the newest Young album I have is Harvest Moon (which I love, Natural Beauty is likely to make it to my next Ultimate Song List ) and I've been wondering that perhaps I should try his later albums as well. But maybe something cheaper first, I think at least Living With War is a mid priced cd nowadays... I'm probably going to my beloved music store today and I was thinking about getting some Buffalo Springfield, that's another area I'd like to wander to

With science, you can turn a frog into a Ph.D. and you still have the frog you started with. |
