I'm not worried about the distortion level, just about the low-end clarity which some reviews seem to think isn't too fantastic. I'd deffs have to try it out myself to see though.

The Laney amps are looking better and better though.

But thats the thing, those pedals would have a much tighter low end than the rockerverb.

We still need to try one out in person Tongue

Yeah, that is probably why we don't have things like Texas Tech or Columbine. People actually interact instead of isolationg others in their own personal space.

Nah, the people who would go on shooting sprees get taken out by the drug gangs instead.

I'm seriously going to kill myself, argh.

Mmmm, was that one of the Ibanez RG Prestige 8's by any chance? They look awesome. Not sure if you've heard of Agile, but they seem to do the most reasonably priced 8's out of most big manufacturers and they have an amazing range too.

Also, nice. I mostly play guitar now, although I played piano for about 10 years and I got a drumkit 7 or 8 years ago which has been collecting dust.

Not actually, drug gangs get those who have no money to buy food and give them 500 dollars per week.

I quit piano 2-3 years ago as it became more like a long term commitment than an enjoyable hobby, and soon after that most of my interest faded. I probably would've stuck with it if I wasn't doing lessons for so long.

Yeah, lessons ain't my thing, I had drum lessons when I was 6 but quit soon after. I stopped playing for a while after that if I remember correctly, but I've been solidly playing for about 6-7 years now.

Lessons seem to make getting the basics down a lot easier, but they're definitely not my thing. I'm self-taught on guitar.
They kinda seem to restrict the way in which you can learn and adapt your abilities, which definitely isn't a good thing.
Depends on your personal approach though, I guess.

Meh. I have guitar lessons for quite a while now, and they definitely don't restrict my playing/progress in any possible way.
But like you said it's all about personal approach. I suppose most people want to play like it says in the rulebook.

That's definitely just from my personal experience, I'm guessing it was mostly from learning classical piano which really was no fun at all that made it such a restrictive learning process. I mostly learn to play instruments by feel nowadays, I can't even read notation anymore

Anyway, I'm off to bed. It's already the 2nd last day of my last school holidays ever :(
