So my DVD drive is still unresponsive, so I checked the internet, and it told me to delete a registry called UpperValues and LowerValue. I did, but I also deleted LowerValuesBak. After I looked on Sony's website instead of a random internet site it said DO NOT DELETE LOWERVALUESBAK. WHOOPS! Now I'm going to be humiliated by the tech support guy.

That is why I'm always scared of playing with my registry.
