Neutral Milk Hotel is an obscure gem really.  It's not for everyone but it has certain qualities that I've come to adore.  In the Aeroplane Over the Sea is one of my favorite non-prog albums.

Yes it is. Egon Schiele is the man.
Expressionism is one of my favourite movements in painting.
