Almost all of these albums are pure genius... yet, I don't know how an album like "Trespass" (in which GENESIS were still trying to find themselves as performers and writers, although they were already capable of creating real musical greatness), that is so flawed in many ways, can gain more votes than ELP's debut (they were born as a mature band), KC's sophomore (going to more places than their seminal debut "In the Court"), GG's debut (a bit immature, but already quite versatile and cohesive) and VDGG's sophomore (the beginning of a stunning world apart in the realms of prog). All these albums comprise excellent musicans that were already at their prime or were about to be, but "Trespass" shows much shyness in most of Phillips' guitar parts, and definitely, not the best of rhythm sections.
Anyway, this is a poll, not some individual forum member's statement, so I gladly comply to the rules of democracy.
I appreciate your attention. Regards.
