Well, I think that sum up pretty much everything. I guess there's is as many nerds into punk or hip hop forums (if not more), it just happen to be a prog forum here. By the way, I can't believe 27 people so far (that mean about 1 out of 3 person) really think that prog is for lonely guys who can't get sex. Do you guys made any significant efforts to get a girlfriend, really? (I mean a real one, not one you knew in a chatroom  )
I guess a good mix of both is the key for a good life.

It's not prog, it's the net, forums and polls are for people who are not having sex at the mo. And of course, those who actually LIVE at the forums, won't have any sex at all! Some prog masterpieces are great as ambient music for a sex session!
amen. Its hard to get laid if you're on the internet all day. It's the people who are consumed with their particular hobby that aren't gonna get any. You gotta get out there and meet people which is hard if you are on the net discussing the greatest Barry Manilow single of all time or the continuity errors of Kevin Smith movies all day long.
That said; sex ain't everything (unless you ain't getting it of course); and chances are you'll meet some young lady or gentleman who is totally into the horizontal mambo whilst jamming Hot Rats by Zappa; which is a phenomenal album to make the humps to...

Huf, for sex ... nothing like great gig int eh Sky ... that is the wildest thing I've ever done.
Sex goes a lot with prog. Listening to differetn prog while having sex makes you have different sex every time. I had a girlfrind who ended liking prog cause every time we had sex, it was listening to different kinds of prog.
Try doing it while listening to CAN, or Pink Floyd (DSotM specially), Ash Ra Temple too.
or even musci in general. Sex goes with music in general terms. Try having sex listening to THE DOORS !!!
