An old iPod.  Well, not even really that old, it's an 80 GB 5th generation video iPod - pretty much only one generation ago.

And I love my arctic fox too much to get rid of it - plus I think it is highly RIO!  Tongue

Blowie, check out Mexican band 1870.

http://www.myspace.com/1870rio

They even class themselves as RIO.

Now they don't rock as much as UZ or Present but they're still very good.  Think of them more as a minimalist electro-acoustic chamber prog band.

Lots of cool sounds going on, that's for sure!

Pat, watch some YouTube videos of Salle Gaveau. Wink

These guys were cool, I though they did a very interesting approach to chamber prog.

I'll try - I need to prioritize my near-term Wayside order.  I think Rational Diet (both albums) are at the top of the list.

Also I was happy to see all the Afenginn albums and the Aranis debut on emusic, but I'll have to wait until my account refreshes to get more downloads.

Yep.

As I said, they don't rock as such... not like Ahvak or Zaar for instance but what they do is excellent.

Having said that, I cannot remember any of it. LOLEmbarrassed

Is that the Italian band?

If so, I got their album for free at a gig featuring their bassist. Big smile

I didn't know you had OCD.

I have it mildly as well... but it affects me in a different way.

All my CDs have to be in their case up the correct way (unless it's a plain CD with no writing or photo on).

That's just one example I can think of.

It's not about one album, Blowfus.

It's Magma's whole discography (minus Merci).

UZ's new stuff supposedly isn't quite as good.  However, I've not heard it yet, so I cannot comment.
