I've never even heard of St. Hughes... they never have a team on University Challenge (it's always Corpus Christie or Jesus College).

St. Catherine's is the ladies College isn't it?

I'd never heard of them either, 'til I got to Corpus and was invited for an extra interview there. I wasn't enormously keen on the place, plus it's miles away from anywhere useful. Not sure if that's just because it's less sociable in the interview period, rather than not that great overall.

Ah yes but Oxford isn't just any University.

I went for an interview at Oxford Brookes and well... they were all up their own bottom.  Oxbridge rejects!

I'm mildy annoyed because I've had to do some tidying up all because my grandmother is coming over for Christmas... grrr!

It means my books will likely get put somewhere and never be found again.  It always happens.  It's usually a box they get put in... then that box gets used as a shelf or something and so to get into it, you have to unpile a mound of whatever is on top of it.

It's annoying to say the least.

And don't say put them on a bookshelf... they're all full.

It's not cleaning, it's just tidying.

Mother does the cleaning. LOL

My hands are all dusty now though.

Figured out my iPod dilemma - selling my current one to my Dad, and bought an older one that I can put custom firmware on and avoid iTunes.
