I hate it when you apologize for something you did wrong and you can't tell if the person is accepting your apology as though it is sincere, or if they hate you forever and there's nothing you can do about it- They are just accepting your apology to be nice. "No worries bro" or "It's not a a big deal." doesn't mean jack squat to me. It means they never thought twice about your transgression to begin with supposedly but they acted offended or hurt when you originally acted out. They don't REALLY forgive you, or they would tell you they forgive you.

In Ponyville, such things are resolved in 20 minutes.  Unfortunately, on Earth, they linger.

I believe that the context of the infraction needs to be taken into account.  "Dude I slept with your girlfriend/wife.  Sorry".  "No worries bro." or "It's not a big deal".  versus.  "I know you wanted it but I was hungry and ate the last donut.  Sorry".  "No worries bro." or "It's not a big deal".
