I think you've quoted the wrong thing here.  But assuming the thing I think you were trying to quote is what you were trying to quote...just don't give said individual any attention if he/she tries to grab some from you.  Maybe he/she will take the hint, and if not, you could always hit him/her in the back of the head with a large, raw fish.
