Maybe you know this: Was she actually German for a while after Anschluss? Or did the Austrians keep their nationality?

It is said that, because of the anschluss, the German nationality law was extended to Austria, imposing German citizenship on Austrians until 27 April 1945 when pre-anschluss Austrians became Austrians again (source).
 
So she must have been a German citizen during this time.

Thanks, Robert! I hadn’t really given it a thought before you asked if she was German. Since Wiki says Austrian and later Swedish, I found it misleading to answer yes.
