I don’t know what 29378 means, but all the other hints lead me to the Mayan king K'inich Janaab' Pakal.

You found him. 29378 was his lifespan in days: he was born on 9.8.9.13.0 and died on 9.12.11.5.18. These days are in Mayan Long Count (remember all the fuss about 21 December 2012) and correspond to 26 March 603 and 31 August 683 in the Gregorian Calendar.
I feared that the Master Builder hint was too much a giveaway: the building depicted looks like the Temple of Inscriptions in Palenque.

Ah, the Long Count. I don’t think the Mayans believed that he world would end that day, and as far as I know, it didn’t.
Next one: Male, deceased. |

The Mayans did not believe it indeed.
