Going down the "self-destructive" pattern ... with three drumsticks and a thigh with mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and a cup of Tropicana pink lemonade ... a Klunky Fat death Contract provided by KFC.

The thing about a high-protein diet is that you crave it about every three hours; the body doesn't really store protein so after a few hours I start to feel like I'm starving.  I used to be able to go almost a whole day without eating.  Man those days are gone.

^ Man, I miss those blueberry shakes my mother used to make ... with some powder. I don't believe I've tried high-protein.

Me: currently nothing. Probably will have some boiled eggs in an hour.

it probably was, and way too healthy .. I'm not a big brown rice fan, linguine would've been better but I'm sure my body prefers the whole grain
