Aaaaaaaaand Gang Gang Dance finally made an album that resonates with me. This opener on their 2011 release is currently one of my most played tracks. I just can't get enough of it!
Pure recycling baby!

Well they are listed here under Canterbury, yet they've released an altogether new and fresh take on their music with every release of theirs.
This, their debut, is a somewhat psychedelic take on Canterbury(Literally sounds like the album had been trekking a bit through Germany before being caught on tape...), whereas the sophomore record(that didn't get a proper release until 2001) infused some charismatic and romantic RPI shadings to the music. 3rd one then goes in the exact opposite direction and delivers a full on RIO album.
But to answer your question, yes I'll call this Canterbury for lack of a better word

I haven't been able to think of a favorite song in a few days now. I'm in a bit of a lateral drift at the moment. Dungen is pretty much my favorite band right now, but it's hard to distinguish song titles from each other since they're all in Swedish and I can't even pronounce them , much less remember them. All I know is that when they're on, each song makes my jaw drop.
