That's the problem... they only sell it as an MP3 and I want it on CD. Cry

You should get The (ec) Nudes as well, they're much more avant.

Pale Nudes are easier to get into though and the opening track Axis is amazing (it's also on The (ec) Nudes album but is more avant-prog)

You know what, this album really isn't bad at all... except for the vocals which I'm trying to enjoy.

I'm off.

final, final word on VDGG, and only a comment, not an argument: I do think the lyrics to Killer are excellent (and this is as a big lyrics person/poetry analyst/I-think-I'm-getting-to-the-stage-of-alrightness-poet). I can understand why people might disagree on that particular song.

but yeah, let's not argue about this too often. Thanks for the response on Labrie's work with DT, Alex.

I agree about the lyrics to Killer.

However I still love the song.  I'd take dozens of tunes over it though.

The (ec) Nudes was on emusic...(I smiled)....

and it's missing a track!  Angry

Bah, Wayside is selling it for $8, I'll try to remember to include it on my next order (whenever that is).

Or maybe I'll get the incomplete emusic album and have one of my good friends across the pond send the missing track.  Tongue

The music is great.

It's just Geddy and the lyrics...

My HDD copy of Vanishing Point has poor quality sound... sounds flat to me.  I have it on CD though, so I'll try and rip it in VBR and see how it sounds.

Which track is missing?

A Farewell to Kings? I haven't heard that album in ages. Simply ages. That's about 4 months.

Oh and what did Wayside deliver you?  You never did say.

Oh... they've played Closer to the Heart on radio no wonder I recognise it.

Ooooh, excellent track. Big smile

I'll see what I can do... but you may have to wait.  As I said, I'm not sure about the sound quality.  Pale Nudes sounded much fresher.

Oh, no rush at all.  I don't even have enough downloads to get the rest of the album.

His vocals are better the older he gets...him singing the classic Rush songs live sounded better than on the recording, mainly due to his voice not being able to shriek as much.
