That said. I've been listening to new music all day and I've discovered awesome things.
Gypsy and indian folk music is really good.
And Hindu Rap and Flamenco Hip Hop can be suprising (especially the latter).

I love Gypsy/Klezmer music and I'm really starting to enjoy German/Austrian Blasmusik a lot too.
There's nothing quite like a proggy polka.

Gypsy music is cool. I'm afraid I've been loving DeVotchka and Gogol Bordello these days (although they're a little diluted gypsy music)
