Here's what being in a (super amatuer) band is like (for me anyway): We choose a song the most of us like. The one person who does not like the song bitches about it and will sometimes refuse to play (if they even show up to practice). Then some outside drama causes two people (the drummer and bassist (no, really, every single time)) to hate each other's guts, causing the other two (my other friend and I), to kick someone out of the band. The person kicked out of the band whines 24/7 and we finally let them back in so we can play the song we've been working on. We preform. The cycle starts again. Each cycle lasts about a year and I have "been in a band" for about 2-3 years.

I just got Disco Volante and Choirs of the Eye today and have been listening to them back to back for the last 3-4 hours. I don't think I know what sanity is anymore
