Wasn't half bad, actually.  I enjoyed it.  Action was good.

A couple minor gripes, though:

-For every good one-liner, there was a bad one.
-Bruce Willis and Ahhnold only had one scene.  That's it.
-The CGI blood and explosions coulda been better
-The backstory of the minor characters was kinda incoherent and irrelevant
-Some "grindhouse"-esque cheesiness in the action that was a little out of place.

That's about it, though.  I'd still recommend it, it was a fun, mindless action film that kept me entertained.
