My depression/anxiety is significantly better than it was earlier this week. And my life is getting back to normal (excluding the fact that my grandpa had a mild heart attack today and may have to spend the rest of the weekend in the hospital Disapprove). How about you, Pat?

Since Matt made me hungry, I believe I will go grab a snack.

My appetite is back too. Which is definitely a good thing. Smile Now hopefully my sleep schedule will return to normal.

David, that sucks about your grandpa - hope he recovers soon.

Oh, I'm good - glad the weekend is here.  Going to take the kids to the zoo this weekend, and otherwise enjoy the nice weather.

Now:  more beer.

also:  glad to hear you're doing better.  please make sure to keep communication with loved ones open.  depression is a serious thing.

I've considered doing something which would screw up my sleep schedule this weekend...I thought about going to the computer lab and just toying around with the music making programs on the school's Macs all night, just for fun.  Only reason I'll end up doing that now is if my roommate...erm, needs the room for something.  Dead

Speaking of messed up sleep cycles, I still don't know why I slept for 10+ hours the other night.

I've considered putting on In the Wake of Poseidon, but...probably sticking with the Canterbury Scene.  It's been a great fit lately.
