I'm damn proud of Ron Paul.  He even refused to react to OMG ROMNEY SAYS HE LIKES FIRING PEOPLE LMFAO and stated the media took that out of context (which they did, horribly).

Romney Wins New Hampshire Republican Primary


Romney, the former Massachusetts governor who won the Jan. 3 Iowa caucuses by eight votes, was on track to meet expectations for an easier win in the nation’s first primary, according to partial returns from the Associated Press. He had 36 percent of the vote, with 27 percent of the precincts counted.

You have to be proud for someone that finishes second running in the republican party's primaries with "let's not go into more wars and let's not bomb anyone else and let's not invade another country and let's bring our soldiers back home" as a essential part of his message.

It's almost like someone finishing second in the Nazi party elections running on a "let's celebrate the Sabbath" platform....

 Paul is running for the GOP so I got to say it about themBig smile but of course both learn toward fascism. Except one is ok with abortion and gay marriage kinda sorta. I guess one also loves guns more.
Really thinkin that's about it. What a sad state of affairs!

I think he actually does. What's the old saying about how if you tell a lie often enough, you start to believe it to be true? Or something to that effect.

But quite honestly, I suspect Huntsman, Santorum, and Perry will drop out either soon or after South Carolina. And if Gingrich does poorly enough in SC, he'll probably be done after that too. So it looks like I was right in it coming down to Romney vs. Paul. I still think Romney's going to get it (too many gullible people, MSM will push for it, etc.), but this is far better than I actually figured it would be.

Funny you say that, I have MSNBC on (I actually expect better Paul coverage/talk there over Fox for example) and they were commenting how none of the backmarkers dropped out.
Speculating all the candidates are sticking around as "anti Romney" magnets. Drawing votes away from him. They cited specifically Huntsman and Newt seeming bent on doing so.

Also how Santorum (or Perry) "fit" SC better than Mitt. Honestly, I'm wondering if Paul just stays the course (and build momentum) can he actually sail to a victory while Romney gets picked apart?
Ya know, enough votes get sucked away as #2 he gets thrust into the catbird seat. Oh! Also SC has almost 10% unemployment compared to 5ish in IA and NH and that usually is better for populism and anti "they guy" feelings
