That Jesus Of Metal guy on Saturday was kind of annoying as he kept jumping to the end to play his pirate metal. Some of it was OK but it really would have been nice if he waited his turn.

it was good and tender, i actualy did not destroy the meat
but then it is really fat meat so it can take some beatings in the owen, when it was done it had coretemprature of 77 degrees celcius (i had the termometer on 50 degrees so i was afraid it was to well done, but it was perfect)
