Of course they do. Why not?

Well, the last 2 pages just proved they don't.

How? Confused

It didn't make any sense; Harry is just spouting rubbish. There's no reason why I can't listen to TMV whenever I want.

Well, they're toying with you with rubbish nonsense.

Yes, I know that. But how does that prove that everything doesn't make sense? Something that is rationally wrong obviously doesn't make sense because it's nonsense, but that doesn't mean there isn't rational explanations for everything.

When I said that "not all things made sense", I didn't mean that everything didn't make sense.

Hell! Some things make sense and don't make sense at the same time.

RIP in bossa nova heaven.

DMV? Excuse my ignorance.

Do you have that album "Pork Soda"?

I absolutely despise that stereotype that someone who is older is so much wiser and someone who "hasn't had enough experience" can't possibly understand any aspect of life. That's just plain nonsesnse; we both know there are many idiotic adults out there.

My statement was not meant to be taken that literally at all.

It was more a "welcome to the SR for today Pat" than anything.

Oh, okay.

It's not called DMV here. Good one. LOL

Or better yet, I'd start a thread where I say I'm leaving.....and then never do. I'd just keep posting as normally and wait until someone noticed that I was joking.LOL

Here's a quick example : Hunger

Biogically and logically, hunger happens when your body needs to eat to provide energy to your life system.

Psychologically and unpredictably, hunger happens every now and then, when you feel like eating.

But those feelings and psychological responses can be explained. Responses, whether emotional or logical, can all be somehow explained and analyzed. A person has a personality and highest values in every aspect, and responds to everything around him/her every day and in every magnitude (whether it be a simple like or dislike or something much more significant and important to the person's beliefs). All of this is determined by choice and the environment in which someone is raised and exposed.

There is always a reason for feeling hungry, be it because your mind is currently not occupied at all and it trails off to thinking about food (for whatever reason), because you biologically respond after a certain time, or start talking about food or see a commercial for food.
