This stream is reassuring me that I'm not really an Opeth fan, though it is fun to watch.

Honestly, I'm more pumped about the Slipknot stream later tonight Embarrassed.
I like my metal un-prog.

Alan, I love how you like what you like and announce it even though it's music people might criticise you for.

Like what you like and don't give a sh*t!

Cool

orly? My sister was a big fan back in her goth days, that's how I found them, but back then I despised growls with a passion. Then as I grew more angsty I liked them more LOL

He's got a really cool stage presence. It's unassuming yet powerful.

I'm quite picky about growling vocals.  No offense to those who use them or like them, but I think they are...generally silly, really.

Stomach growling, maybe.

Did you hear the new one?  It's on bandcamp.  See the link in the sig if you've not.

I've been decent, got good marks last semester but I don't have a job right now.  I was working a sweet gig but had to quit when I got sick for 2 weeks, because there were only 4 employees and I had no idea how long I would be out so I told them to replace me.  It was just some random virus, but I felt worse than when I got Swine Flu 2 years ago.

Also, if I can't hear the solos or the keys in Hex Omega I will shoot something.

Although the mellotron sounds good right now
I can hear a solo. Finally you got it right Sonisphere. good job.
