The single you're referring to is actually "The Power and
the Glory". The phrase "You've got it, lads!" is from an interview with
Ray Shulman where he talks about the song. It's not the title.

No, but I think that's a great song. The rest of the album is fairly unremarkable 70's pop-rock.
