Have you ever looked into Sun Ra though? His 'Lanquidity' album should be right up your alley;-) One of the few of his, I gather would fit on PA. Space funk fusion if you will. No, I've never heard anything by Sun Ra. But will try for sure. "Space funk fusion" seems like something that might be interesting for me. Thanks for the rec.
 As for Neelus, he's still in the same place that he was before. It's just he's busy with his work (he works at nights) and family. Very nice guy, indeed! He said he will come back to PA. Did you know he's from South Africa? Oh, and yes, Mingus is great.  |

Well it's a big band type of deal, but not in the Duke Ellington way, if you know what I mean;-) more fusion driven, and more funky. and yes I do seem to remember him saying something about being from South Africa. Is he in Poland now though? |
