It was actually a hundred reviews ago that I said I was going to give an album five stars that was not progressive rock.  This was it.

Most of the time it matters to me (for the purposes of this site) if an album is prog or not.  This, however, gets a big ass pass.

Just kiddingTongue  But it's been a year since I've heard Kind of Blue.  I enjoyed it, but I didn't really appreciate jazz at the time.  I wonder if my opinion will be different now.

It seems most people who reviewed it decided similarly, otherwise I guess it wouldn't have a 4.4 rating.
