Hey! Not Ian with the awesome reviews!
Hi Shred!

EDIT: bye dead Shred!
Heh! My granny just called and told me not to become a pilot. After such tragedies, how can you convince people that still, planes are some of the safest means of transportation? Besides, I'll be in a glider. Without engine. O_o
Buh bye! Hug

Wow, I did basically the same thing, except the breakfast part.

Nice.  I didn't realize just how long Seven Samurai was, otherwise I would have either started it earlier or watched it another day.  LOL

Plane crashes make me so angry. Not only because it's tragic, but because the media think they know what happened and people start to speculate whether flying is safe or not. It's the safest way to travel and a crash every now and then isn't going to change that. If there's a story about a car crash, are you going to be like "ooh I'm not going to drive anymore, because it's dangerous". I thought so. Ouch

Indeed, as long as you don't mind reading subtitles for that long.  Kurosawa was really a genius when it comes to movies, and Toshirô Mifune is awesome.  LOL

Yeah that annoys me, I always thought it was a well known fact that statistically you are much safer flying.

No I don't really mind, after a while I forget I'm reading subtitles.

Statistically you're safer to live your whole life on a plane than staying in your bedroom. Nothing is 100% safe, but you can't live your life worrying about it. Plus I can't remember was it 757 or 777, but they have a zero accidents in the US. And also most major airlines have almost no fatal accidents. Finnair is an example of a perfect record.

I've had to deal with fear of flying and I've gotten mostly over it, so seeing people freak out when there's a news story about an accident just makes me angry.

If people want to be angry about unsafe transportation they should be focusing on cars.
