Steve Hackett is the acoustic guitarist most respected by classical players. I also love Gordon Giltrap. Why isn't he here, by the way? His first 5 albums were progressive, without doubt.

I voted for Steve Howe, but Steve Hackett also has some amazing acoustic stuff - and with non prog, i've gotta say that CSNY are gods of the acoustic guitar!

Why is Hackett missing from the poll - who knows...he just has to be included.

Howe leading!?!?!...that's wrong...........wrong.....
I think Howe can't play acoustic at all (ok "Clap" is a good piece but he just can't handle it)

BTW Andrew York is my idol at the time so I had to add him also.
