I tried celebrating Chinese New Year with Tsingtao beer but I was sick and deem it a failure.

It's no secret I love beer. Here's a list of some of my favorites, in no particular order. So what bottle gets your pick?

Hi Epignosis,
I have had most of those beers (Sierra Nevada Porter is great, especially when you get it fresh, by the pitcher at the Chico, CA brewery, in their restaurant. )
I know these polls are impossible to please everyone, but you did miss perhaps the best beer(outside of beer that sells for $8 a bottle)
If you like beer, run do not walk to get this stuff. Most places will sell it. Make sure you get the wheat beer, their
basic beer has a similar label but is nowhere near as good as the weissbeir.
Tell me what you think after you have had a few.
Cheers!

Haven't had that in a while, they don't carry it anymore in my local hangout, but it's pretty good yeah.

| I find it rather balanced, really (perhaps even on the weak, bland side, but that's okay by me).

I could do with a beer right now. Saving my liver for tomorrow instead.
I've been very much in love with IPAs for about two years or so. Give me loads of hops!
Otherwise I have a very eclectic list of favourites, with porters and stouts peaking during the winter months, weissbier and similar fare during summer.
Swedish beer is generally boring, mass-produced and generic European-styled lager, but smaller breweries have started popping up everywhere lately. Good fun for a curious beer drinker, kind of hit and miss and perhaps more ambition than craftsmanship, but still a lot of good stuff out there.

Also pretty strong stuff. I've been big on Imperial IPAs recently. This one has a really complex flavor.
