I have always been fascinated by carnival rides. It amazes me that average, ordinary people eagerly trade in the serenity of the ground for the chance to be tossed through the air like vegetables in a food processor. It amazes me that at some time in history someone thought that people would enjoy this, and that person invented what must have been the first of these terrifying machines. For me, it is precisely the thrill and excitement of having survived the ride that keeps me coming back for more.

A mile-wide asteroid passed by Earth on the 28th of May at a distance about 10 times that of the space between the Earth and the moon.

The asteroid, known as asteroid 7335 (1989 JA), is comparable in size to Mount Everest, or four times the size of the Empire State Building for the Americans, and is the largest yet to pass by our planet in 2022.

what can I do to assist an asteroid into actually hitting earth and destroying all of its current inhabitants?

when you walk barefoot, free electrons are transferred from the earth into your body, and this grounding effect is one of the most potent antioxidants we know of
