Jumps up and down in excitement at Jon's recent acquisition.

It starts off a bit slow but by Hamburg (I think) it gets ridiculous.

Speaking of books.  I left my copy of Camus' L'Étranger by my laptop and drunkenly ended up putting my Turkish Pizza on it the other day and now the cover is stained.  Grrr!

I'm liking the first disc well enough as is, so I can only imagine how good Hamburg and beyond is.

That's good.

I am definitely not listening to Daft Punk, Mr. Random.

Volume 1: Beginnings has at least two tracks that make me think CANTERBURY CANTERBURY CANTERBURY and I like it. Big smile

Ah but the Canterbury soon turns into freer and more avant awesomeness.  Mmm.

This disc reminds me a lot of Legend overall, which isn't all that surprising I suppose.  Legend is very possibly my favorite of the studio albums.

Oh I didn't know you'd heard the studio albums already.  That's a bonus.

If you like Western Culture, you're in for a treat.

Yeah, I own Legend and Unrest, and I've listened to Western Culture several times.  The only one I haven't heard the whole way through yet is In Praise of Learning.  I've liked everything so far, though.

Excellent.  I just hope you like live improv.

Anyhow, I'm off to play Leliana's Song.
