Which one? LOL

The one about the 15 albums in 15 minutes.  I listed two of them, actually.  One of them is by your hero and the other is by my hero who happen to be in the same band. Wink

Well I've only just got home.  I almost fell asleep at the end of Episode 3 and missed a tiny bit.  Whoops!

What happened in the epic combat between Obi Wan and Anakain/Vader?

Obviously Vader didn't die, for obvious reasons.  But I missed what happened there.

You fell asleep through the climax of a Star Wars prequel? That is full of win LOL I'm not sure I remember it right, but Obi Wan pwns Anakin into a very miserable state (one hand cut, barely able to crawl on the ground), which makes Obi Wan not kill him (though he should have). Then he gets the baby (the future Lea) and entrusts it to that general, and that's it. At least that's how I remember it.

Erm... but Leia and Luke are twins, so where did he go?

Well as one of his arms had already been chopped off and he had a metal replacement, I presume it was the other arm?

Oh and was laughing when Yoda started using his right hand to hold his walking stick, instead of the left one.  Then it had swapped back again.

Oh yes. I remember Obi Wan takes Luke with himself like he would have a plan sorted out for his upbringing from the very beginning, which puts Episode "4" in an interesting new light. I'm not so sure about the arm any more... So let's just say that Obi Wan beats the crap out of him and brings him into that miserable state I was talking about. Actually, now I remember, when I saw the film I had the strong impression that Obi Wan leaves Anakin laying down on the ground without "finishing" him because he thinks Anakin will die anyway because of the wounds.

Of course, reading the story on Wikipedia would save us from my ridiculous process of configuring the pieces I remember into a reasonable story LOL

Obi-Wan and Anakin then engage in a fierce lightsaber duel across the mining facility and over a river of lava. Finally, Obi-Wan manages to disengage and somersault onto the river's shore. He severs Anakin's remaining organic limbs after he attempts to vault over Obi-Wan. Anakin then slides down the bank and comes close enough to the lava that it sets him on fire. Obi-Wan picks up Anakin's lightsaber and leaves him to die, realizing that Anakin has become closely attached to the dark side. Obi-Wan escorts Padmé to the asteroid Polis Massa where he regroups with Senator Organa and Yoda, the latter of whom has gone into self-imposed exile after dueling Palpatine to a stalemate in the Senate Rotunda. Meanwhile, Palpatine finds his maimed apprentice and takes him back to Coruscant to revive him.

Padmé gives birth to twins, a boy named Luke and a girl named Leia. Padmé insists to Obi-Wan that there is still good in Anakin, and dies. Meanwhile, Palpatine has Darth Vader rebuilt in black cybernetic body armor with advanced life support to keep him alive. When Vader inquires about Padmé, he is told that he killed her in his own anger. This revelation shatters what remains of Anakin's spirit and he screams in torment, lashing outwardly with his power, destroying all around him. He is last seen at Palpatine's side, overseeing the construction of the first Death Star.

Since Anakin's children are the last hope for the galaxy, Obi-Wan, Yoda and Organa agree that they should be separated and hidden. Yoda tells Obi-Wan that he has more training prepared for him and tells him that his former master Qui-Gon Jinn has learned how to become one with the Force, allowing him to take form in the physical world as a Force Ghost. A funeral commences in Naboo, carrying Padmé, who is still holding the necklace that Anakin gave her. Organa takes Leia to Alderaan to raise her with his wife, while Obi-Wan takes Luke to Tatooine to be raised by his aunt and uncle. The film ends with the young couple gazing at the twin suns.

I missed virtually all of that!

Damn.

I may have to YouTube that part.

I saw the battle starting but must have fell asleep.  I didn't see him in his well-known Darth Vader guise either.  Damn.

Neither did I see Padmé give birth.

Oh and I'm confused about Padmé.  Is she, or is she not, Amadala?

And damn, my egg is repeating on me.  Eww. LOLDead

I thought so.  I thought Amadala was her proper name though and was confused when they kept calling her Padmé.  So is Padmé therefore her real name?

You're someone I almost didn't recognize due to the new avatar Wink Looking good, though. Haven't heard the album, but the cover's good.

Done organizing our record collection, both physically and updating the list of albums Clap I just realized that after seven months of buying approximately 20-25 albums, I bought one this month. And got another for free.
