Still, lyrics are a good topic in General.  The reference to Yes lyrics is point taken........though I still find them far superior to the Count Of Tuscany lyrics.  I think you'd be hard pressed to find something I would consider worse (that wasn't written by a 12 year old, anyway......for that matter, Greg Lake wrote the lyrics to Lucky Man when he was 12, and they are practically doctorate level compared to TOC's lyrics!).

Anyway, there is no question that prog in general has quite a few naff lyrics, so I think we can just agree to disagree on this particular song.

And lay off my pal Barney, he has an excellent point about Roine's recycling lyrics.  Since most of us here (I certainly do) pay good $$$ for the records we can certainly speak our minds, yes???  Speaking about beating a dead horse, as a huge Spock's Beard fan(I bought ALL their CDs/DVDs, and I journeyed to see them live, I must say Neal Morse is simply a living recycled bin...oops, don't wanna piss off the "Neal saved my soul" peeps...ok...end of mini-rant....
