I love metal! Gojira is on my player a lot these days Approve

I still need to listen to them. I've got their latest two albums. Although I hear they're fairly similar to Meshuggah so I'm thinking I'll like them.

They're similar to Meshuggah? Really? Sounds like I need to get me some Chaosphere then. Saw it for $11 at a record store near me.

Meshuggah is amazing. Thumbs Up

If you like Meshuggah, try Ketha and Coprofago.Big smile

Meshuggah influenced yes, but not a "sounds like Mesuggah".
They sound like Gojira, that's who they sound like.

THEY HAVE DEATH GROWLS FOR GOD SAKE.
CAN PEOPLE NOT HEAR THE FACT MESHUGGAH HAS NO DEATH VOCALS

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I never ever really openly recommend Meshuggah, as much as I think they kick ass.
It truly is an acquired taste and would honestly recommend people hear some songs first before they go and buy a full album.

I started with Destroy, Erase, Improve. It did wonders for me.

Ahh now this is a convo I can jump into. More true words never spoken Harry. This album does get just a touch dry in some spots though, it's great and all, but it sure didn't need to be as long as it is.

Barely!

I know how to swim, but can barely do so on open sea. I tried snorkeling once, It didn't last long before I head up to the boat and watch others do it instead.

I just think Mike Keneally is insane because he not only is a wicked virtuoso guitarist, but the man can kill on keyboards as well.
