I think I'm going to stick to a maximum of two reviews per week so I don't burn out.

hmm maybe that's not too bad of an idea. I usually review a bunch at a time and then just don't review but that's probably not the best strategy

I found that if I review too many things at a time, I start to use the same adjectives over and over and then I get writer's block. Sucks butts.

That sounds like it would have been a good idea.

Would have been, yeah...but some of my friends wanted me to join them elsewhere, and have been inviting me for a couple weeks to do so, so I was all like...OK, why not?  Then I got there, was bored, and left alone to find my way back to my dorm after about...15-20 minutes. LOL

I find that if I start trying to write reviews, I end up writing 3000 words of meaningless drivel.

Plus I just don't have time to write reviews anymore.  There are several dozen other things I really want to do that I already don't have time for.

Well this week we have two weekends (4th of July/the day after and the actual weekend) so I can use last night as an example of what not to do.  I like the people who invited me to hang out, but...meh, I prefer bars to non-bars if I'm going to be drinking.  The bar I was at last night is a basement pub type place too, mmm...and their lamb shanks were tasty.

If you try to write a review again, you could maybe try to force yourself to say everything you want in 500 to 1000 words.

I find it hard to write as many words as I do. Writing Kevin-style would be exhausting.

Umphrey's McGee in Asbury Park, NJ. It's about a 25 minute drive for me.

Trust me, it's not.  Writing something actually meaningful without taking hundreds of words is difficult to do.

I knew that feel at one point.
Though at 5 AM everything outside looked awesome since that sun has just risen.

Also the gril and I talked about basically everything and it didn't feel like we were talking for hours. TOO BAD SHE LIVES IN SEATTLE AND WE WILL NEVER MEET.

:( Maybe someday?
Ture, but we would actually be best friends if we lived near each other. I told her how sad I was, she told me that she felt the same way last year and got out of it. We talked about making music, and since she has synthesia, I tried predicting some of the colors of her songs and was correct with many of them. We talked about ponies and how the show has made an impact on our lives, we talked about changing your identity over long periods of time, and a ton of other things that I probably shouldn't say here. Cry

Sounds like a match made in heaven Cam. Cry How'd you meet her?

A couple of mutual friends through Facebook. Aslo, we're just friends because she has a boyfriend k. Though, I am trying to convince my family to go on vacation to Seattle so I can meet her and a couple of her friends. Wink
