Going out to E-Dub as well: Always nice to see other Kansas fans Approve

I most certainly consider that an honor. One of my favorites.

Disc 2 now.

I found Insurgents to be a bit "lazy". How does this compare with that?

I've actually never heard Insurgentes - but this is very dynamic, rich in sound and style.  Some jazzy passages, as well as electronic ones flow throughout.

WOW. That Moon Safari album was so good on first listen. It was really happy-sounding, which gave it an almost sad feeling to it, but then felt really uplifting. I think the vocals really got to me, and I'm not one to care for the vocals as long as the music itself is good. Now I know what all the fuss is about.

Which one did you listen to, DS? I have all 3 and enjoy them a lot. I thought the new one was a bit too sugary sweet, but there are some amazing vocal moments on it.

Yea it was beautiful. It didn't feel like a 31 minute song, more like 15 minutes. I don't remember everything yet, but the song Methuselah's Children was really good too.

Doorway To Summer was produced by Tomas Bodin and has a very nice sound to it, too. I don't spin it too often, but need to right that wrong.
