Matt, do [10 push-ups, 15 crunches , 10 dumbbell curls with a 20 lb weight, 10 tricep extentions, 20 reverse crunches]x3 for 4 days every week. After the first week you will feel a lot better and after a few more weeks you'll start seeing physical results.
