so about tha track of dub, I would be fine with doing it tomorrow late at night I guess, or else sunday earlier on in the day, which would be your morning
either way I'd love some more stuff to finish up my 1000-item 2listen2list on the rym, which is currently nearing 900 items
My unrated list on RYM is almost 4,000, lol. I've been getting off work at 4:30p lately, so I might be able to do tomorrow after then.
wow; alright, so that means we'll start at about 10,5 hours after this post, right?
about 2.5 hrs from this one. Well, maybe a tad bit later. I have to drive to get home.

I hope they don't play their latest album in full. but it was a risk I had to take.

Saw the wolf in action tonight.

Sadly, it was The Assassination Of Julius Caesar in it's entirety with a couple songs from the EP of the same style. The best parts where when they focused on the music (surprise surprise!), which happened thrice. They opened with a short experimental guitar/feedback intro, ended with like a 12 minute jam that was atmospheric and percussive heavy growing in intensity to a pretty sweet guitar solo which was evolved from one of the tracks on AssJu, and somewhere in the middle they had a beat driven, almost dance break like, instrumental bit. Overall, certainly not the best concert I've seen, but Garm's voice is pure butter and that guitarist was quite great too. (As I side note, I do like the lineup of a drummer, percussionist, electronics, keys/electronics, and Garm...I hope they make a proper album with the same guys.)

But, I still get to say I saw Ulver in concert, which is a mighty win. Bonus: Not overly loud...no ringing in the ears afterwards (and forgot earplugs so I went in hoping for the best).

you can also now say that you went to a synthpop concert btw
actually I still check out Assassination so I don't actually know if it would be good or not...
