I'm not that young and I'm not in bed.  I got distracted!

Oooh, I need to play DTB more often.  Derek Trucks is also a favourite of mine.

And was it me, or did If sound more like I was hoping Jimmy Litherland would sound?

Jimmy Litherland's work with Colosseum and Mogul Thrash was great.

I think what gets me, is that on the first line of that song he sounds like Chris Farlowe....... And indeed I'm on record saying he had one of the best British rock blues voices of the late60's/early 70's

Just over 2 hours away.

Please if there are any download/listening quality issues about our broadcast please let me know. Two or three people e.mailed in during last week's programme (and different times), stating they suddenly getting what we webcast 1 to 2 hours before!!! However, then things rectified itself for 2 out of the three of these folks.  Not had any feedback from our software engineers as to likely causes/solutions. What was also odd the vast majority of listeners didn't report this problem.

Hi Dick,

I just got back to my desk from a meeting and tuned in, having missed "Angels..." but heard your lovely
comments - thanks!

i love Portrait of Tracy, it's just lovely isn't it??? brilliant stuff.

also, i wanted to mention that the label is PRECOGNITIVE RECORDS (not precognition but then, there is
some of that involved, eh? LOL).

i think you already know this since you have it written correctly on your playlist :)

how the heck are you man? it's kind of quiet here in the forum today...

i'm still kind of high from our granddaughter's birth yesterday. don't worry, the doting grampa will be sharing photos with you.

thanks for playing the tunes...
