I put Angherr Shisspa on in the car and that seems to have a similar affect.

Except my CD player isn't working right now.

And yes, the one in the wheelchair looks more like Berckmans to me. maybe somebody can ask him at next year's RIO festival. I'm not entirely sure, but here's a 3rd vote/guess that it's probably Berckmans. That's what I've thought anyway, but I'm far from being an expert on the matter. I wish there was a way of knowing for sure right now.

I've got some This Heat, but I haven't listened to it too closely yet.  I think there are two issues with it for me.

1.  Timbre.  (Sorry... I may be about to be pretentious! )  I'm so immured in that richly-textured feel of 70s music, that the (how to describe it??) flatter, more matte (?? I did warn you! ) feel of 80s music kinda feels weird.  I need to push through that barrier somehow.  (The Residents may help with this - like a bridge from one to the other...)

2.  Hipness.  Let's face it - This Heat is a hipster totem.   And I'm rather allergic to that.  "Oh, you listen to This Heat?  That makes you COOL."  Does it...?  Really...?  Hmmm.  (I'd rather be weird than cool. )

Those rather lacklustre guys of The Libertines (I believe it was them, it may have been Babyshambles ) apparently have recorded a version of The Graham Collier Sextet track Lullabye for a Lonely Child.  Which is a beautiful piece that was also performed by Nucleus (which actually included former members of The Graham Collier Sextet).

Luckily for me, I have not heard this cover version and I don't know if I want to either.
