Weed is stupidly non addictive, I don't understand how anyone gets addicted to that stuff.
Why does anyone without a medical condition need to smoke it everyday? I never got that.

I don't exactly feel comfortable outright saying it on a public forums, what substance it was, let's just say I wont use it again anytime soon.

I don't feel comfortable around people in social situations and I'm heavily introverted and individualistic, but it has nothing to do with confidence. I honestly couldn't get a f**k less what people think of me. I just don't normally have the motivation to go to someone and strike a conversation. It's a matter of not being able to relate to people. I think it's silly to judge something before researching and trying it.  Well, to an extent of course, something habit forming, dangerous, and expensive like cocaine I would never try (but I researched it).  Alcohol can be good in certain situations, same with marijuana, but moderation and self-awareness is the key.  Drinking wine or beer and smoking marijuana on occasion might even be beneficial for one's self - psychologically or physically. I don't consider myself rebellious.  I just prefer my own personal moral code to the enforced one.  I have never had trouble with cops or anything, since I play it smart.  Breaking traffic laws is pretty stupid, as there is no reason to do it (besides impatience), and it can be hazardous - plus I prefer driving carefully and listening to music if I can. Unless I see direct motivation to do something under my values and rationality, then I won't do it. Wait until you're legally able to drink, than try to appreciate a taste for wine. The motivation is purely aesthetic, it can enhance a meal greatly.  Though I suppose you have to have an epicurean aspect to your personality to bother with this. Haha, I'm entirely practical and not particularly epicurean. My favorite drink is water; that should tell you all about my personality. Then don't bother.  Not like it matters, my own father doesn't drink a drop.

My parents don't drink either, though they have in moderation over the years.

My eldest brother doesn't drink or smoke.
My parents don't smoke at all and never have.
My middle brother drinks and has tried weed.

I'd much prefer you to smoke (I mean the hard stuff) than drink, Alex.  Alcohol can make people violent and all sorts.
