What, this evening?

Aw, I watched House. Ouch

Yep.

BBC Scottish Orchestra.  Conducted by Ilan Volkov.

There was also the world premiere of Unsuk Chin's Cello Concerto.  I caught the end of that and it sounded great.

I missed Ravel's La Valse though.

Spot the hilarious mistake in the intro to an article in the local paper:

ARMED police recovered £3 of cannabis in the latest of a series of drug warrants in West Swindon.

LOL

Awesome.

She did?

I thought she retired 'cause she had back injuries, or something?

She's still only in her 20s, isn't she?

£3? Sheesh.

It distracted them from taking away your Henry Cow stash. Especially the boxset. Wink

26 years old, as of June.

Don't remember the reasons for retiring, didn't watch tennis when she was playing.

She has had a baby, in the meantime, and drags him to tournaments. LOL

I gotta tune more often to the Proms. I did the past years, when I caught a symphony-listening bug (apparently gone to snooze now).

I heard they were after some guy in Romania with a huge Klaus Schulze collection.  They say he's a criminal because he actually pays and listens to a sh*t musician.  It has also been reported that Klaus Schulze himself will be arrested because his music has been sending people to sleep for years and it's now turned into a pandemic.

Doesn't matter.

I want the next headline to be

"Man with two bats in his house, arrested for shouting "Theusz Hamtaak" to neighbors every morning, possesing a massive Henry Cow boxset, gets haircut"

There's been a couple of wasps though.  Grrr.

I'd  never holler "Theusz Hamtaahk" in the mornings, 'cause I'm asleep.

So it cannot be me.

I did have bats in the house once but not any more.

What happened to the bats?  Did you have Ozzy over for tea?

I had to cancel Ozzy.

Right. A folk album, a Zorn, and then I'll see if I'm staying up to watch Federer.

I wouldn't.

Federer plays the most boring tennis I've ever seen.

Actually, tell a lie.  Sampras was more boring.

But still... ewww, no.
