First listen to Bedlam in Goliath.  I've grown to love Frances the Mute, but this one is going to take a few more listens to fully comprehend.

How did you like it?
Pretty good, but as I said, I'm going to have to listen to that album a few more times to fully appreciate it.

The former is excellent, the latter terrible.

Still, I must hear them to make a judgement on it Wink
By the way, James said  ZU's was excellent. LOL

James likes noise more than I do.

Ah, alright.  And yeah, I want to hear the new (and the old) Aranis albums, plus the solo album the bassist put out.

Not sure if this'll work for you or not (Jampa could only see 4 tracks) but the whole Zu album is available to listen to on Myspace for me: http://music.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=music.artistalbums&artistid=1448668&albumid=10508351

The full album stream must be US only then.  Ah well, as you said, it's a start.

Clivages is, I suppose, my #1 for 2010 for the time being.  Should be some great releases this year, though, like a new Jean Louis, and others I'm forgetting.  Someone make a list of great avant-prog we can expect this year.

Clivages is my favorite from 2010 so far, but that's definitely helped along by the fact that it's the only 2010 release I have. LOL

Edit: I also have the new CoAM album.

Wasn't E-Re priced about the same?

It's true though, if two Magma and Present albums had the same price, I'd ALWAYS pick Magma.

E-Re was $26.  Still high, but not too bad.  I will probably end up getting the new Present soon, though, in case they stop selling it with the DVD or something.

New Rouge Ciel is my highest expectation.
And Jon. Not 1313, that's an awful name and an awful cover.
It's Univers Zero.
But yeah... My favourite UZ album.

I've got this album art:

Plus, I like 1313.  I hear it's (at least) part of the reasoning for the name of the first Present album.

You guys have so much better prices for music in the US Angry

Also, my new fancy telephone is retarded. It doesn't see mp3 files if they're stored in folders, which means it was probably produced for the morons who never listen to albums. Also, it doesn't show tags. Even my ancient 513 MB mp3 player, which was just a cheap no-name four years ago, reads inside folders and displays tags Angry
