Don't rub it in
I'm pretty athletic but the one thing my coaches in every sport hate about me: My flexibility.

I go to the gym 3 times a week for weights, run 2.4km once a week, 3.2km once a week and 6km run once a week. As well as standard core exercises and flexibility.
But I'm training for Cricket season, so it's all good.

I did the gym for a while. Got into decent shape, but I lost the focus... Maybe if I started again girls will want to sleep with me, and I can play Opeth as background music! Im making this a goal, hopefully the music wont freak em out.

I'm not really that flexible, I was once described as having "the dexterity of a cow on a trampoline".

They'll all be hot or have no self esteem. Either way it's a win-win.

Na, it was a joking reference. I used to give him hell for being too short, so I had it coming.

Its another good one. But don't worry about good responses. Be prog! Write for yourself. If people like it then good, if not screw em! And lol Ben @ advocating picking up girls with no self esteem

Victor Wooten annoys me on bass - he's the bass equivalent of a shred guitarist IMO, most of the time he's got all technicality and not enough feeling to match it. I used to love his solo albums and I still like his work with the Flecktones, but I don't ever listen to his solo stuff anymore.

This.
And no, not terribly like Victor Wooten, but somewhat similar.
And you're totally right. I've a couple of friends who worship his very feet, and this is what I've been trying to tell them.

So today I drove in to work to discover that I wasn't scheduled today, and then when I got home my Chemistry book from Amazon had arrived, but it wasn't what I thought it was and didn't include the CD that comes with the new bookstore version. Whelp. I guess I'll just have to wait and see if I really need to stupid CD for class once it starts.
Oh my.

I'm semi athletic. The problem is I have a pretty bad ankle problem so I can't run much. Other than running I'm great.
