I try to do the oppesite of most people in christmas holiday, today and yesterday ive burned over 3000 calories and i have abiton of having a four day extreme workout session so that next year does not come as a shock. So i plan to burn 10000 calories in total.

Workout is a globalist scheme to get people to consume more food than necessary and waste calories on work that produces nothing.
